Ramadan is almost over...soon vacations will start, kids will be thrilled by the Eid presents and visiting family and friends would be the priority of many !
It is certainly a joyful time, or it should be!
With all the Eid activities it is very important to remember that it is a time to be happy and to extend happiness to others. The first rule to achieve this is to remember that you should take care of yourself to be able to take care of others.
Take your nap if you feel like it. Your kids, husband and wife would rather have a happy relaxed smile than a forced tired smile which they might mistake for lack of affection.
Don't go above your budget to please others. At the end of the day you are the one who will have to suffer the consequences of tightening the belt for months to come.
If you follow a certain routine ,there is no need to abandon your exercise or sport if you have the urge to do it. Movement of any sort should release the stress and let's not kid ourselves....... holidays, occasions and even traveling can be stressful on some levels!
Best wishes for a Happy Eid and may each and everyone of you have lovely celebrations .
